Reindeer Poop Cookies
Kids tend to love everything poop so why not make some fun Reindeer Poop Cookies, these are always a great hit with the kids and are a fund idea to make for an elf on the shelf idea as well.

Ingredients
- Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 C of unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 1 1/2 C powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 C of flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- Cookie Cutter: circle
- Frosting Ingredients
- 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 4-5 C powdered sugar
- 1/4 C heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Red and Green gel food coloring
- 1 disposable piping bag with a large circle tip

- Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, powder sugar, vanilla and egg and mix until combined and creamy
- Using a large bowl, combined the flour, baking soda and cream of tarter
- Gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix on low speed
- Using your hands continue to mix until fully combined
- Lightly flour a cutting board and knead the cookie dough a couple of times
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick
- Cut out 12 Circles and place onto a cookie sheet
- Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown
- Repeat steps until completely out of dough
- Let cookies cool completely
- Red and Green Butter cream frosting
- Frosting Directions:
- Using a standing mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy
- Mix in the powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth
- If the frosting is to thin, mix in 1/4 C more of powdered sugar
- Divide the frosting into two bowls and add green gel food coloring into one bowl
- Add red gel food coloring into the second bowl
- Place piping bag in the glass and fold the edges over the sides of the glass
- Scoop the red frosting into one side of the piping bag
- Scoop the green frosting into the other side of the piping bag
- Pipe the frosting onto the cookies starting from the middle of the cookie and going around to the edge of the cookie
- Allow frosting to slightly harden for an hour before enjoying!
