These mint button cookies are so creamy they just melt in our mouth, these wonderful buttons make for a great St. Patrick’s day treat and celebration

Instructions
- Using a standing mixer, cream together the cream cheese and 2 C powdered sugar
- Mix until combined the extract and gel food coloring until you get a rich green color
- Gradually beat in the remaining powdered sugar
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop dough and roll into a ball
- Place onto the cookie sheet
- Repeat step with remaining dough
- Using a rounded teaspoon, make indents into all dough balls
- Place cookie sheet into the fridge overnight
- Place the chocolate chips into a heatproof bowl
- Place the heavy whipping cream into a small pot and bring to a simmer
- Pour hot heavy whipping cream over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for a minute
- Whisk until smooth
- Spoon some chocolate ganache into the cavity of the cookies
- Allow to slightly harden for 3 hours before enjoying!
