Cadbury Cookies
Oh my heavens, who does not love cadbury eggs? Cadbury eggs are my all time favorite for Easter and what better way to celebrate by mixing Cadbury eggs with cookies? These cookies are simply amazing, you will not want to have just one!

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3/4 C brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 C crushed cadbury egg candies
- Extra cadbury egg candies for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper..
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. With your electric mixer beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Slowly add in the flour mixture beating as it is being added.. Stir in morsels and crushed cadbury candies.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepped baking sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. (or until golden brown.)
- Add whole cadbury egg candies to the top of the warm cookies.
- Push the candies slightly into the cookie.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
- Transfer cookie to a wire rack to cool completely.
