Caramel Banana Pancake Taco
Prep: 5 minutes
Yield: 4 pancake tacos
Ingredients:
4 buttermilk pancakes
1 cup cheesecake filling- ready made or whole made (which ever desired)
1 cup diced fresh bananas
¼ cup dulce de leche or caramel syrup
¼ cup vanilla sauce- ready made or whole made (which ever desired)
1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips- if desired
Directions:
- Place warm pancakes on a curved surface or place two pancakes back to back.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag with a round open tip. Carefully pipe the cheesecake filling into each pancake taco shell until they are nicely filled.
- Top the filled taco with sliced bananas.
- Drizzle the tacos with caramel and vanilla sauce.
- Drop chocolate chips across the top if desired
