Patriotic Cheesecake Fruit Tart
Ingredients:
- Dessert cups (angle food cake or pound cake cups)
- Vanilla instant pudding mix (4 oz box)
- Cream Cheese block (8oz)
- Milk (2 Cups)
- Blueberries and Raspberries
Directions:
- Using a hand held mixer mix softened cream cheese and instant pudding mix together, add in your milk slowly
- Mix until pudding mix sets up
- Pour mixture into dessert cups
- Place blueberries in the top right corner of the cups
- Lay raspberries in a row to make the flag stripes
- Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator
