Healthier Banana Oat Muffins
Have you set a New years resolution yet? Well if it is to get healthier and start off your year right then these Healthier Banana Oat Muffins are a great breakfast for your new weight loss goals. These muffins are not only a healthier option but they are warm, soft and amazingly good.

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized bananas -the more ripe the better
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Quaker oats
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- line a muffin pan with 9 cupcake liners or spray the wells with non stick spray.
- In a large bowl, add the bananas, milk, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- In a small bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold them together until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into your muffin pan
- bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
