Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat – Clear Mask with Colored Hat
We where having so much fun making the fish bowl noise makers that we also made a Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat, hat. For this we just cut out the shape of Cat in the Hat’s, hat and colored in the lines- Addie did I pretty good job with this for only being 2 🙂 … then we hot glued on one of the clear plates we had and a Popsicle stick handle and was all done.
