Instructions:
STEP ONE
Gather all supplies. Remove any rough edges off the wooden pieces with a sanding block. Basecoat the wooden crate and jumbo craft sticks with red acrylic craft paint. Let dry and apply a second coat, if necessary.
STEP TWO
To create the sign, attach two jumbo crafts sticks horizontally across the top of the other two craft sticks placed vertically with the glue gun and glue sticks. You can use liquid craft glue for this project, but you will have to wait for the glue to dry.
Using white letter stickers, apply the word KISSES to the top of the craft stick sign.
STEP THREE
Attach the craft stick sign to the inside of the wooden crate with the glue gun and glue sticks.
Glue white rick rack trim around the outside edge of the wooden crate.
STEP FOUR
Draw four hearts on the back of pink glitter craft foam and cut out with scissors. Look for these craft foam glitter hearts already cut out at the Dollar Store.
Using a black marker, write 5₵ on the front of one of the pink glitter craft foam hearts.
Measure and cut a 10” length of baker’s twine and attach to the back of the sign with the glue gun and glue sticks. Attach the hearts with the mini clothespins.
STEP FIVE
Attach pink ball fringe trim around the outside of the wooden crate with a glue gun and glue sticks. Fill with crinkle paper shred and chocolate kisses.
Create this super cute Dollar Store Kisses Booth for Valentine’s Day in just about 30 minutes (not including drying time)! A fun craft to make with the kiddos and give to family, friends, neighbors, and teachers.
