Ingredients:

12- 2 oz. plastic cups

1- 3 oz. box of island pineapple jello mix

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup boiling water

1 cup coconut rum

Fresh pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, and whipped cream for topping

 

Directions:

Add jello mix to the bowl, and stir in boiling water. Continue stirring until jello powder is dissolved. Add in pineapple juice and coconut rum. Divide the jello mixture evenly between the 12 plastic cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Before serving, top with whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and fresh pineapple chunks. Enjoy!
