Valentines Day Love Bug Clay Pots
Materials:
- Small clay pots
- Craft paper
- Chenille stems
- Foam glitter hearts
- Glue
- Wiggle eyes
- Scissors
- Craft paint and brushes
Directions:
- Paint your terra cotta pot desired color and let dry (we did a pink color)
- Trace child’s hands onto craft paper and cut out
- Glue some glitter hearts onto your hands and glue to the back side of your pot
- Use a Pencil or pen and wrap your chenille stems around it to make it like antennas
- Glue to the front inside of your pot
- Glue a glitter heart to the top of each chenille stem
- Glue 2 each wiggle eyes to the front side of your pot
- Use a black marker to draw on a smile/ mouth
- Glue on 2 each glitter hearts to the bottom for feet
