Scarecrow Pizza Pan Clothespin Wreath
We have made so many fun pizza pan wreaths over the years and have had tons of requests for a scarecrow so here is what we came up with. Now this super easy scarecrow looks adorable with or without the clothes pins, the clothespins where a little extra we added to give it more size and color but she looks adorable either way. You can see some of our other great pizza pan wreaths HERE
Materials:
- Dollar store pizza pan- I used an appx 13″ round from outer edge to outer edge
- Clothespins – optional (appx 46 for a 13″ round since it only covers appx 3/4 of the pan)
- Scarecrow hat – the one we used is found HERE
- Glitter blast spray paint I buy mine HERE (colors used where the gold, posh pink and Orange)
- Spray primer- optional
- Glue- we used hot glue but depending upon how cold your area gets you might consider using a stronger holding glue
- Black sharpie
- Black, orange and white craft paint and brush
- Raffia for the hair
- Large fall colored flower- optional
Directions:
- Spray your pizza pan with a base color- we used a tan spray we had on hand
- Once dry spray your pan with the gold glitter blast, add orange glitter blast over top around the edges feathering in.
- Spray 2 pink glitter spots for cheeks
- Let pan dry – recommended to dry over night
- Spray your clothes pins with Orange glitter spray – let dry
- Once pan and clothespins are dry add clothes pins all the way around your bottom half of the pan (cover about 1/2 to 3/4 around)
- Draw your face on with a black sharpie and fill in larger areas with craft paint
- Glue some raffia on top for hair and glue your hat down over top- add flower to hat for extra
- Add a ribbon or hanger to back of pan to hang it from
- Enjoy
