Glowing Halloween Balloon Jars
Materials:
- Halloween light up balloons HERE
- Small jars
- Misc. Embellishments and glue
Directions;
- Pull tab to light up portion of balloon so it begins glowing
- Stretch balloon over the base of your jar
- Add any embellishments you desire
- Enjoy 🙂
