Materials:
- Dollar Store bottle
- Burlap Ribbon
- Sea Shells
- Starfish
- Hot glue
- Glue gun
- Hemp twin
- Nautical embellishments
Directions:
- Take a dollar store bottle and wrap some burlap ribbon around the center, hot gluing into place
- Hot glue on sea shells and starfish
- Wrap hemp twin around the top of the bottle securing into place with hot glue
- Add other misc. nautical embellishments
