Tutu Picture Frame
MATERIALS:
- Picture frame
- Tutu
- Matching ribbon
- Decorative hanger
- Hot Glue and Glue Gun
- Scissors
DIRECTIONS:
- Hot glue on 2 pieces of ribbon to the back of your frame for straps
- Hot glue on your tutu to the bottom portion of your frame (be sure to position the tutu, to where it looks right on the frame before gluing in place)
- I also added a couple of little flowers to the base of the straps to give it a little extra
- Insert in picture and hang
