HOT AIR BALLOON CUPCAKE PARTY FAVOR CUPS
MATERIALS:
- Balloons
- Small plastic cups
- Cupcakes
- hot glue and glue gun
- Cake pop sticks
- Ribbon
DIRECTIONS:
- Begin by hot gluing 4 cake pop sticks to the sides of your clear cups
- Hot glue a small section or ribbon around the top of your clear cup covering your sticks
- Hot glue another piece of ribbon around the top sticks
- Blow up a balloon and place between sticks and top piece of ribbon (optional, use a few small piece of tape and tape your balloon to the top sticks and ribbon)
- Place cupcake in your plastic cup
- Give as a party favor or gift
