Cookie Monster Dress

So simple to make- I found the idea on Pinterest, just took some elastic for the top band and used a simple no sew tutu tutorial to make the main dress, then using felt cut out the face and cookies, sewed them on, sewed on a boa for the fuzzy top and last sewed on four pieces of ribbon for the tie straps. So Easy and so adorable 🙂
